Get your drone back to us or ask us to arrange a collection.

Our engineer will evaluate your DJI Drone and prepare a quote

Step 4.

We will call you and confirm with you the parts needed and labour cost, we charge £25 Per Hour and can fix most common issues like broken body or motherboard replacement in 2Hrs (3 Max)

Step 5.

Your Drone is repaired, firmware is updated and machine is test flown.

Step 6.

You make payment via phone,bacs or paypal

Step 7.

Your Drone is couriered back to you on a fully insured next working day service (UK Mainland) for £10

Who are we……

I am a degree qualified electronics engineer with 10 years experience in electronic SMT factories, i specialised in making surface mount printed circuit boards on high volume production lines for the likes of nokia & dell. I know how these boards are designed, manufactured and tested from start to finish. Im also a keen modeller and have been playing with RC toys for a long time. Kooltoyz has been running now for 10 years and 5 years ago in 2012 the drone was born we have been flying, fixing, modding & upgrading since there inception. 

Our engineers are all very experienced moddellers and all keen flyers with decades of experience. Our senior engineer was a computer repair technician and a full time electronics geek, if we can’t fix your drone then its going to drone heaven.
